Forensic Psychosocial Analysis & Consultation
Services are provided in a forensic, consultative capacity and are maintained as separate and independent from psychotherapy services. Work includes structured psychosocial assessment and comprehensive life history development to support objective case analysis, evidentiary review, and informed decision-making.
Analysis includes multi-source record review, collateral interviews, and evaluation of consistency across records, with attention to clinically relevant patterns, risk factors, and psychosocial claims presented in litigation.
Professional Positioning
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s degree in Criminology and Criminal Justice, my training integrates clinical assessment with applied understanding of legal systems.
My work includes complex psychiatric presentations, trauma histories, and system-involved populations. This experience informs disciplined psychosocial assessment and structured life history analysis grounded in clinical standards and objective methodology.
Forensic consultation services are provided in a consultative capacity and operate independently from psychotherapy services. All work is conducted with an emphasis on objectivity, ethical clarity, and clearly defined professional boundaries, with opinions limited to the scope of clinical social work practice.
Capital and Serious Felony Case Consultation
Forensic consultation services are available for serious felony matters, including cases involving potential life sentences and capital exposure.
In high-stakes litigation, this work requires comprehensive life history analysis, detailed record review, and structured evaluation of developmental, psychological, and environmental factors relevant to case strategy and sentencing considerations.
Services may include:
Extensive multi-source record collection and analysis
Chronological life history reconstruction
Identification of adverse childhood experiences and cumulative trauma exposure
Analysis of mental health history, substance use patterns, and neurodevelopmental factors
Coordination with expert witnesses, when appropriate
Preparation of structured, litigation-ready reports
This work requires careful organization, analytical clarity, and sustained engagement with complex material. Clinical experience in high-acuity mental health settings informs assessment of severe psychiatric presentations, trauma-related conditions, and long-term functional impact.
Litigation Support and Collaboration
Services are tailored to the needs of each case and structured to support efficient case review and informed decision-making.
Scope of services includes:
Objective psychosocial analysis
Clear, organized written reports
Timely and professional communication
Defined scope of work with consistent documentation standards
All work is conducted with close attention to court timelines, organization of case materials, and delivery of reliable, professionally prepared documentation.
Role Clarification and Ethical Boundaries
All services are provided within a forensic and consultative context and do not constitute therapeutic treatment.
To maintain role clarity and avoid dual relationships, forensic consultation and psychotherapy services are not provided to the same individual.
Services are retained within a legal context and conducted in collaboration with the retaining attorney or legal team.
Forensic Psychosocial Analysis & Consultation
Services are available to private counsel and, where applicable, court-appointed cases.
